Construction Cleanup Phase 1 - Rough Clean
This is a rough clean to get the majority of the mess. This is a cleaning process that is performed prior to construction being completed but before any carpets, floor coverings and final fit-out has been completed. During the installation of these components, they can often be damaged if they are installed when the internals are still generally dirty which has a negative affect at handover. This doesn't mean we perform our cleaning roughly at this stage but is more of a preparatory clean.
- Removal of trash, debris and left over materials
- Remove any and all temporary protection stickers and labels not required.
- General sweeping and vacuuming removing dropped nails, bolts and screws
- Debris disposal to the Contractor’s dumpster
- Removal of heavy dust and dirt but not the detail cleaning
- Check for damage
